Apartment ''Villa Magnolia''

 

“Villa Magnolia” is situated in the centre of the town of Paleokastritsa, on the northwest coast and 20 km from Corfu Town.
The house has four apartments of 65 mtqs. and is peacefully surrounded by olive trees; nonetheless it is at walking distance from restaurants, bars, swimming pool and mini-markets.  The sea and its wonderful beaches are only 150 meters away.
The upper apartments are suitable for up to six persons and have:

1. two bedrooms: one with double bed, the other one with twin beds (which can be joined);
2. a kitchen: big refrigerator, four gas stoves, oven and full equipment;
3. a sitting room with sofa bed and television;
4. a bathroom with shower;
5. a balcony and a patio, for breakfast, reading, etc.

The lower apartments are open-space type and are suitable for up to four persons; they have:

1. one big bedroom with double bed;
2. a kitchen: big refrigerator, four gas stoves, oven and full equipment;
3. a sitting room with sofa bed and television;
4. a bathroom with shower;
5. a garden, for BBQ’s, relax, etc.

All apartments have a private parking.
Valuable sheets and towels are included.
